Our Organisation

Organisation

Carolina House Trust is a charity registered in Scotland with the Office of the Charities Regulator (OSCR). The Trust is governed by a Constitution and is managed by a Board of Trustees who may exercise all the powers of the Trust, subject to the provisions of this Constitution, and to the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005.

The Head of Operations, who is a qualified social worker, and the Head of Support Services, a qualified accountant, lead the day-to-day operation of the Trust. These heads of service manage the organisation jointly and are supported by the wider management team; Family Based Care Team Leader, People & Development Officer and the Marketing & Recruitment Officer.

Our Family Based Care Team is comprised of qualified social workers and support workers who provide the day-to-day support and supervision to our carers, children and young people.

Our Support Team provides back office services including HR, learning and development, finance, IT, health and safety, facilities management, marketing and administrative support to the whole organisation.
